Davidson Ospina is a musician in

hit #1 on the Billboard Club Charts and Radio Charts in 1
week after release. Christina was quoted as saying that it

Parties also known as "321" in the late 80's, Dave
grew an interest in lighting, which expanded his involvement
in Chicago nightlife. In 1991 he began DJing around Chicago
with guest spots @ Shelter, Kaboom, Neo, Red no.5, Red Dog,
Zentra, Le Passage and several loft parties. He enjoys playing
less traveled sounds and features a jazzier spectrum in his
sets. He has been called the gentle giant of the Chicago movement
for his pushing and providing of quality events and efforts
to bring all types of people together. Art and Sound is a welcome

Class Description
This class is new exciting and way to explore imagery and positve
energies while using the Hula Hoop! Come experience a high cardio
and toning workout while playing and laughing. This class includes
warmup activties and cooldown while using the hoop. We incorporate
Yogic principles, breath work and lots of House music. Practice
hoops provided, no experience necessary.
Mercedes L. Gomez, founder of Chicago Hoop Dance, has been a
performing artist for over 12 years. The El Salvador native
began her career in the movement arts at a Las Vegas High School
in 1994. She a seasoned Massage therapist, Yoga Instructor and
Fire dancer. Mercedes combines elements of Yoga and Dance in
her high energy hoop dance classes. Increased awareness, confidence
and freedom of self-expression are some of the benefits that
Mercedes has experienced since she embraced Fire Dancing and
Hoop dance. She hopes her students can enjoy these benefits
