SOLITAIRE HITS #1 WITH DONNA SUMMER

This week we're back at the top of the US Billboard Dance Chart as part of the mix package on Donna Summer's new Sony/BMG single "I'm A Fire". It's her biggest hit in over a decade and by topping the chart also makes her the first artist ever to garner number one dance hits in the 70s, 80s, 90s and 00s. Who am I: I am a DJ and producer based in Northern California. I am co-owner and manager of Deep Groove Society, an event organization responsible for most of the house, techno, and electro events in the North Coast.

I am Best Known For: Probably for my as of yet, unreleased track "Deeprush," which will be released next month on Definitive Recordings. It's been getting steady play by Carl Cox, John Acquaviva, and Adam Sheridan.

Currently Working On: Expanding my repetoire of places to play. We've been gaining quite a reputation among the guests we've been bringing for holding down some serious events with a killer old-school vibe.

This Summer I Will Be Touring At: This summer I will be doing our monthly Full Moon events in Northern Humboldt, Imagine 300 people on the top of a mountain, hundreds of feet above the clouds, with fire dancers, great DJs, and the best sunrise you'll ever see away from a beach.
